Distribution Supervisor

We are looking for aDistribution Supervisorto to join our team in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO). YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE: Coordinating timely distribution of goods Planning and scheduling shipments Optimizing distribution routes and methods Communicating with carriers and drivers Handling customer inquiries and concerns Analyzing and improve distribution efficiency Distributing efficiently and effectively work among team members Ensuring high levels of employees' performance, motivation, and engagement Leading and developing the team through shadowing, coaching and continuous feedback. WHO YOU ARE: You have a High school diploma or equivalent You have at least 5 years of proven experience in the role You have strong knowledge of distribution processes, transportation methods, and inventory You have experience as team leader or team coordinator You have proven proficiency in logistics software and systems for tracking and reporting You have problem-solving and analytical skills DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
