The Distribution Solutions Communications Leader is responsible for building and executing an integrated (internal and external) communications strategy for the division in Italy and South Europe, in collaboration with the global division communications team and the local Electrification communications team. The individual will work with multiple stakeholders to position Distribution Solutions externally and drive business impact (lead and nurturing).
Your responsibilitiesIn close alignment with the global division communications team, accountable for executing local Marketing Communications strategies and action plans to support the local division growth ambitions and strategy.Partners with the local sales team to lead and execute lead and nurturing campaigns, as well as events and tradeshows.Executive internal communications support across the local sales team.In close alignment with the local Electrification communications leader ensures there is an external thought leadership and social media communications strategy and messaging that elevates the position of Distribution Solutions locally and supports the local division strategy.Leads the local external customer communications editorial calendar, content and storyline through all communication channels to establish coherent internal and external messaging and customer engagement along the buying funnel. Ensures positioning and impact of the local divisions related content in local external and internal communications channels in support of the local division strategy. Develops a robust communications network, seeks to promote and gain knowledge of current practices and innovation.Highly collaborative across the local business leaders in the country and the division communication team members globally. Your backgroundBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Minimum of 10+ years' experience in communications and marketing positions.Strong writing and editing skills. Lead and nurturing experience required. Marketing automation knowledge is a must.Highly collaborative leader who can lead in a matrixed organization.Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).Strong project management skills with an ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.More about usWe look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).
