MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIESAs part of the Operations Team as a distribution planning specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing the distribution network for our products. Your key responsibilities will include:
Distribution Requirement Planning process building and maintenance in collaboration with local finish goods warehouses.Follow the Distribution Requirement Planning deployment on key markets to improve forecast quality.Check order adherence to forecast for basic products and make trade-offs across market requests according to stock availability.Collaboration with Go to Market team for allocation of Masterpieces and key novelties.Interact with Supply Planning team to help the sales forecast being translated into a replenishment plan suitable with all service and inventory targets.Support the opening of new regional warehouses/BTQs in defining the assortment.Developing and implementing distribution strategies to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to various markets.Prepare the consensus meeting related to the S&OP cycle.Actively participate in the S&OP process.Secure workflows of communication with Marketing, Finance, and Sales.Forecasting and distribution KPIs calculation and monitoring in collaboration with LVMH beauty.Implement corrective actions and run root cause analysis on above KPIs driving the necessary stakeholders in implementing corrective actions.Lead operational calls with regional teams to solve availability issues and bring the required visibility to the business.REQUIREMENTSGood experience in similar roles in FMCG, luxury or CPG companies.Degree in Management, Economics, or Statistics is required.Advanced knowledge of Excel, experience in usage of forecasting tools (Dynasys, Future Master or Anaplan) and experience in BI tools (Power BI).Analytical skills and result-driven approach and capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative, analytical, able to drive stakeholders within and outside the organization.Fluent in English.Candidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link:
