Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage relationships with both local and international distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
Take charge of the complete sell-in and sell-out processes, optimizing strategies to maximize sales and market penetration.
Maintain responsibility for stock level control, ensuring efficient warehouse rotation and inventory management.
Define and implement strategic and tactical actions tailored to each distributor, enabling the achievement of sales targets.
Work closely with distributor sales teams to identify and develop common business opportunities, fostering a collaborative environment.
Lead the complete management and planning of marketing plans to promote all HP product lines effectively.
Provide support in resolving credit and logistics issues, ensuring smooth operational processes.
Build and nurture trust and strong partnerships with distributors to ensure sustainable, long-term growth.
Implement marketing actions aimed at increasing sales in the SMB market, driving growth and market share.
Build strong professional working relationships with C-level clients, acting as a trusted advisor and shaping deals early in the sales cycle.
Proactively advance opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth for HP, contributing to the company's overall success.
Education and Experience Required
Typically has 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
