Washing dishes, keeping the kitchen clean, assisting chefs when required, some basic food preparation work.
Peel, wash andcut fruit and vegetables.
Preparing the table for lunch.
Disinfect cells, floors, worktops, walls, fume hoods and cabinets.
Participate in the loading of goods at the station.
Requirements Genuinely enthusiastic personality, professional & hardworking with the highest standard of presentation and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution-focused.
Previous hospitality experience within a luxury environment desirable.
Good interpersonal skills.

This is a seasonal position.
The train runs between March to December.
This role is on-board an overnight train.
Full training will be given.
The work undertaken will be done on a rolling rota system ensuring a fair amount of time for each team member in each role.
Required to work throughout the EU and Switzerland.
