Senior Sales Leader for ItalyWe are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and lead our commercial organization in Italy.

As a team member, you will be a steward of our organization culture, inspiring and motivating our teams and beyond in partnership with HR.Lead a talented group of Key Accounts, Field Sales, and Sales Operations experts.Contribute significantly to our future strategic direction as a key member of the B-F Italy management team.Key ResponsibilitiesChampionship of Business Development:Meet/exceed Commercial objectives of all brands across all channels.Strategic Guidance:Provide leadership to the team via strategic analysis, program development, and resource management.Communicate company's vision and strategies and manage performance and development of Sales Department team.Organizational Culture and Talent Development (in partnership with HR):Act as a role model and lead a diverse and inclusive culture where different perspectives are encouraged and individuals feel connected and valued.Support team development by providing opportunities and coaching to the team with ongoing appreciative and constructive feedback.Business Analytics and Insights:Improve quality of strategic operating planning via in-depth ongoing analysis of market trends and identification of company's strengths and weaknesses.Manage company's sales planning, controlling of discounts spending, and sales results reporting and budgeting requirements and processes.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need a minimum 10 years of sales experience in leadership positions, ideally in off and on-trade channels, with profound knowledge of the Italian market and trade.A proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a highly competitive environment.Demonstrated ability to develop Sales organizations and build talent pipelines.What We OfferPremium benefits that reflect our company values and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.Product allowance, flexible working, lunch vouchers, and gym allowance.This position is a Dirigente level role with a salary of €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience.
