Leadership Role for Brown-Forman Italy We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team in Italy, driving business growth and development across commercial channels. As a key member of the B-F Italy Leadership Team, you will inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve outstanding results.
This role requires a strong track record of delivering sales growth in a highly competitive environment, with a proven ability to develop Sales organizations and build talent pipelines. You should have profound knowledge of the Italian market and trade, as well as experience in wine and spirits or luxury FMCG industries.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary, innovative, and strategic thinker, comfortable dealing with both high-level issues and hands-on management tasks. They must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently under pressure, and maintain high professionalism and courtesy.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading Key Accounts, Field Sales, and Sales Operations teams, developing business and portfolio strategies, managing budgets and projections, and providing people insights to drive organization, culture, D&I, and capability plans.
