Leadership Role This leadership role is pivotal to the Brown-Forman Italy Leadership Team, with a key responsibility of being a steward of the organization culture and driving a unified purpose across the commercial organization.
The role requires inspiring, motivating, empowering, and developing our teams and beyond, in partnership with HR, as well as leading a talented group of Key Accounts, Field Sales, and Sales Operations experts.
You will be accountable for providing people insights to drive organization, culture, D&I, and capability plans, partnering with the Marketing Head and Finance Head to ensure an aligned and cohesive Customer and Channel Strategy.
Business Development Strategic GuidanceOrganizational Culture and Talent Development (in partnership with HR)Business Analytics and InsightsThis role is ideal for individuals with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in leadership positions, preferably in off and on-trade channels, with profound knowledge of the Italian market and trade.
Key requirements include:
Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a highly competitive environmentDemonstrated ability to develop Sales organization and build the talent pipelineDemonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, accounts, and customersWe are looking for a visionary who can bring long-term strategic insight, be innovative in recognizing potential opportunities, and come up with creative solutions.
Key skills and qualifications include:
Strong communication skillsAbility to work effectively and efficiently under stress and time pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesySelf-motivated, high-energy, and capable of handling multiple tasks and getting things done on time and within budgetExcellent command of written and verbal English, with other languages valued, including Italian as a mustFamiliarity with working in a multinational matrix organized companyBrown-Forman offers a range of premium benefits that reflect our company values and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
