About the RoleThis full-time position combines responsibilities in medical consultation, administrative support, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:Medical Consultation & Patient Care : Provide expert guidance on medical terminology, procedures, and practices, offering consultations to both the administrative team and patients.
The role will involve some patient visits, assisting with their medical concerns and supporting overall healthcare delivery.
Medical Documentation & Administration : Collaborate with non-medical staff to review, interpret, and prepare medical documents, reports, and forms, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with legal requirements.
Training and Education : Provide training to both administrative and clinical teams, enhancing their understanding of medical practices, terminology, and compliance standards when needed.
Project Support : Offer expert input on healthcare-related projects and operational improvements, using medical knowledge to contribute to organizational development and patient care strategies.
QualificationsMedical Degree : Must hold a valid degree in Medicine (e.g., MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Medical Knowledge : Strong understanding of medical terminology, practices, and procedures, with the ability to translate this knowledge into practical advice for both administrative teams and patients.
Patient Interaction : Comfortable with direct patient visits, assisting with assessments, providing consultations, and addressing patient concerns.
Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex medical information for non-medical staff and patients.
Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail, particularly in reviewing and interpreting medical documentation and ensuring accuracy in non-clinical contexts.
Language : Fluency in both Italian and English is required.

Experience in a medical advisory or educational role outside of clinical practice.
