We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead the organization of field work and ensure compliance with safety provisions and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:Organize and oversee field work in accordance with safety protocols issued by the data controller, including site inspections, visits, briefings, and supervision of work permits.Evaluate and ensure compliance with legislation and regulations regarding the safety and health of workers.Manage emergencies with service orders and work permits.Verify the correct legislative compliance of mining sites as required by current legislation in terms of workplace safety.Participate in training and information sessions for roles of competence.Interface with relevant authorities for all issues relating to workplace safety.Accompany safety inspection bodies during field visits.Qualifications and Experience:Degree in engineering or geology with qualification to the profession.At least 3 years' experience in the role.Knowledge of the principles of treatment of hydrocarbons and maintenance of industrial plants.Familiarity with mining and safety regulations.Skills:Project Management and Project Control.Written and spoken English (minimum requirement level B2).Excellent knowledge of office software, especially Excel.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.Proactivity and problem-solving skills.Please apply online by hitting the 'Apply' button.
