Reliability Engineering Manager Job Description About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team at our new launch site in Lazio.
As the site lead for all engineering matters, you will be responsible for building a culture of safety and ensuring statutory compliance requirements are met.

Main Responsibilities Lead a high-performing team of engineers and develop them through mentorship and coaching.
Implement and audit safety and statutory compliance programs to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
Work with the recruitment team to hire high-quality engineers and support apprentice and graduate programs.
Develop and implement standards for equipment maintenance and availability, including preventative maintenance programs.
Maintain equipment failure contingency plans and drive rehearsals to ensure rapid response to failures or breakdowns.
Collaborate with Site Management, Finance, and internal design teams to plan for future growth, upgrades, or new equipment rollouts.
Requirements The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering and experience leading teams.
They will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a long-term focus on strategic objectives.

Salary This role is compensated with an annual salary of approximately €80,000 - €110,000, depending on experience.
