Main responsibilities Organization, management, and coordination of sales teams to ensure a synergistic and harmonized approach to business activities; Definition and implementation of a commercial strategy that maximizes market penetration and growth in the reference sectors; Identification of business opportunities and development of new commercial relationships, expanding the customer network and developing new strategic partnerships in target sectors; Monitoring sales performance and data analysis, through a reporting system to assess goal achievement and identify areas for improvement; Management of relationships with key accounts, developing a lasting partnership through high-quality and personalized services; Collaboration with research and development teams to develop new products and innovative solutions in response to market needs; Supervision of operational marketing activities to ensure the effectiveness of promotional initiatives and brand consistency in the market.
Requirements Essential/Must have Consolidated experience in coordinating B2B commercial activities and achieving sales targets, preferably in the semi-finished goods and ingredients sector for the food industry, integrators, and related areas; Competence in market data analysis and trend interpretation to drive strategic decisions; In-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the food industry market (nutraceuticals, pharma), understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices; Experience in international contexts and markets and excellent knowledge of the English language; Knowledge of operational marketing activities, including defining promotional strategies and planning communication activities; Excellent leadership, team management, and motivation skills, results orientation, ability to work under pressure to achieve company goals, flexibility, and adaptability to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
Preferred/Nice to have Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines, including scientific ones but with documented experience in the commercial sector; Experience in organizational integration processes, reorganization, growth; Professional experience gained in both multinational contexts and entrepreneurial companies; Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
