Your Key Responsibilities Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth. Build and manage a supply operations organization based on processes and procedures from product sourcing to customer delivery. Create and implement inventory, demand and supply allocation strategies to optimize inventory placement, turns, sales and the overall customer experience through formalized S&OP. Develop plans and methods for completing purchasing, inventory and materials management to ensure that acquired goods meet cost and quality standards. Support and maintain the Corporate framework of new and existing vendors while maintaining high operational and quality standards. Conduct supplier risk assessments and develop/executed strategies to manage costs and ensure favorable partnerships. Lead the team in alignment with broader organizational goals and ensure delegates work effectively and be a thought leader with respect to sourcing processes and policies. Assess departmental performance, identify weaknesses and implement operational changes to ensure the efficient flow of goods. Develop trends and forecasts based on objective data for use in operations and purchasing decisions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by working with management using lean methodologies to develop and implement new procedures to streamline processes and identify inventory discrepancies, including Sales and Operations Planning. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business management, etc., or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Ten plus years of experience in supply chain. Strong planning, operations and logistics background with a bias for delivering results in a dynamic environment through collaboration and creating healthy dialogue. Three plus years of experience in a leadership role. Previous work experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred. Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical industry preferred. APICS, Six Sigma, or other related certifications a plus. Proven ability to follow through with projects and meet commitments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate information in a clear, calm, and concise manner in both written and non-written forms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Ability to think creatively and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, driving issues to resolution.
