(11 / 19 )05/09/2024Riferimento: 978ISede di lavoro: ItaliaDirector, Quality Assurance and Control for Apparel, Accessories and Footwear For an international and listed company, we are looking for the E.M.E.A. Director, Quality Assurance and Control for Apparel, Accessories and Footwear.
Reporting to the WW Head of Global Quality, the resource manages the Quality Team and is involved in global seasoning meetings, product reviews and functional activities.
He/she leads the Team of Quality Inspector for on-site inspections with visits in the factories and schedule them according to the product performances, implements QA driven procedures and quality standards. He/she will report monthly the analysis and progresses on quality KPI to the suppliers.
Furthermore, the candidate will supervise the laboratory testing process on raw materials and on finished products, ensure calendar needs and quality activities in cooperation with Sourcing and Product Team. Finally, the resource participates in seasonal risk assessment for the product reviews and manages QA budget for travel and consulting services.
The ideal candidate has a perfect knowledge of Quality Management systems and proven technical skills for footwear, clothing and accessories and strong communication skills. Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury product and in Quality are required just as local and international travels. Fluent English is mandatory.
Team working, coaching and adaptability will complete the ideal candidate.
