A great opportunity to join as a Director of Luxury Sales at a luxury 5-star hotel in Italy.
As Director of Luxury Sales, you are passionate about creating and executing the sales strategy by developing successful long-term relationships with international clients in the luxury segment.
Your responsibilities include:
Identifying, handling, and developing relationships with international clients in the luxury segment.Ensuring the achievement of the company's revenue targets for the luxury segment by applying sales strategies to identify and develop new business opportunities.Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.Providing analysis on trends in the luxury segment to improve the company strategy.Analyzing competitor strategies.Collaborating with the Sales Team to ensure maximum sales and development results.Coordinating activities with Directors of Sales of the Group Hotels to ensure alignment of sales strategies.Regularly interfacing with the General Managers of the Group Hotels to maintain efficient communication.Being available for frequent travel for sales activities, with a high number of travel days expected.Exceed expectations revealing:
A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.Proven experience in the role.Knowledge of commercial market dynamics.Previous experience in managing luxury clients and coordinating sales activities on an international level.An extensive portfolio of luxury clients and customers across multiple countries, not limited to Italy.The ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with the Luxury Travel Networks, ensuring a high level of influence and presence.Excellent interpersonal skills.Proactive and self-starter approach.Negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.Embrace global diversity by speaking:
