Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Align with the Director of Rooms to maximize hotel operations. Qualifications Minimum of three to five years of Housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury hotel brand. Working knowledge of hospitality departments: Housekeeping, Guest Services, Engineering, Laundry, and Residential Services. Fluency in Italian and English required. Proficient in utilizing technology and systems to enhance housekeeping procedures and aptitude for working with multiple computer systems. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and to provide directions and guidance in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
