Key Responsibilities: Engineering Leadership: Lead and coordinate the activities of the four main engineering teams (Electronics, Mechanics, Software, Quality Engineering), ensuring effective integration across disciplines.Product Development: Ensure that the engineering process of medical devices meets timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards, while promoting innovation and efficiency.AI Integration: Oversee the optimal integration of AI software into medical devices by working closely with the software development team.Compliance and Quality: Collaborate with the Quality Engineering team to ensure all products comply with applicable regulatory and quality standards.Resource Management: Efficiently allocate engineering resources, continuously monitoring performance and implementing improvements as necessary.Technological Innovation: Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that can enhance product quality and the company's competitiveness.Leadership: Train, motivate, and develop talent within the engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.Budget Management: Responsible for planning and managing the budget for engineering projects, with a focus on cost optimization and efficiency.Qualification – Skills, and Abilities Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably with a specialization in AI software integration.Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of hardware and software technologies in the medical sector, with a strong focus on AI-based systems.Leadership Ability: Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and leading complex projects.Detail Orientation: Precision and attention to detail, especially concerning quality and compliance requirements.Problem Solving: Ability to tackle and solve complex problems in an innovative and efficient manner.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all business functions and external stakeholders.Personal Attributes:Dynamic and adaptable in an innovative and fast-paced business environment.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results-oriented approach.Ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional and multicultural teams.Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally.We support equal opportunities, without any discrimination.
