You will serve as a DIRECTOR COMMANDERS ACTION GROUP in the Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe & Africa. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising necessary personnel in developing and implementing strategic plans to support programs and operations for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness; Overseeing the planning and coordination of major initiatives or special projects to develop and implement new systems and/or processes; Utilizing the knowledge and understanding of appropriate operations, policies, applicable laws, regulations, rules, practices and procedures specific to the strategic development of the command; Liaising with domestic and foreign military officers and other Senior Executive Service level management officials for strategic oversight.
