About the role We are looking for an experienced professional in Outside Sales. You will participate in various Outside Sales activities and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities: Identify prospects and establish professional relationships to understand customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet those needs.Participate in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments to support the business strategy.Identify bid opportunities, prepare bid responses, and negotiate with potential customers.Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.Support the management team representative on prospective target accounts or territories.Develop personal long-term customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.Attend trade shows to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.Requirements We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
Advanced knowledge obtained through a high school diploma or a university degree, combined with experience.Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience.Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, enhancing our programs when necessary:
