Now we are looking for a Direct Markets Backoffice Specialist to join our Sales Support Team.
The person will Follow business requests and target management of Developers and Frequent Survey Preparation, Updates and Evaluation.
Main Responsibilities: Management of special offers and price requests; Management of Holiday requests for dealers; Management of delay requests or special requests on ATEC; (ineligible before the campaign, during the campaign, and after the campaign); Factory order management (checking budget against orders, approving orders); New dealer opening management; TECH-AIR dealer management (proposal analysis, legal contract, back and forward to and legal/account); Management of data on sales conditions; Weekly reports (e.g., plan/verify sales rep visits to account); Control and approval of extra-budget travel expenses; Checking, analyzing and approving cancellations (crucial and time-consuming topic); Checking and updating price list (system maintenance check); B2B Activations.
Job requirements: High school graduation or Degree; Experience on sales or correlated activities.
Good in MS Office; Fluency in English (C1/C2); Germans or French language is a plus; Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment; Passion for motorsports; The knowledge of Salesforce is welcome.
