Now we are looking for aDirect Markets Backoffice Specialistto join our Sales Support Team. The person will Follow business requests and target management of Developers and Frequent Survey Preparation, Updates and Evaluation.
Main Responsibilities:

Management of special offers and price requests;
Management of Holiday requests for dealers;
Management of delay requests or special requests on ATEC;
(ineligible before the campaign, during the campaign, and after the campaign);
Factory order management (checking budget against orders, approving orders);
New dealer opening management;
TECH-AIR dealer management (proposal analysis, legal contract, back and forward to and legal/account);
Management of data on sales conditions;
Weekly reports (e.g., plan/verify sales rep visits to account);
Control and approval of extra-budget travel expenses;
Checking, analyzing and approving cancellations (crucial and time-consuming topic);
Checking and updating price list (system maintenance check);
B2B Activations.

Job requirements:

High school graduation or Degree;
Experience on sales or correlated activities.
Good in MS Office;
Fluency in English (C1/C2);
Germans or French language is a plus;
Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment;
Passion for motorsports;
The knowledge of Salesforce is welcome.
