This includes front of the house and back of the house areas along with receiving and stocking duties.
Job duties include but are not limited to:Scrapes, cleans, sanitizes, and replenishes all dishes, silverware, cups, glasses, pots, and pans etc.
Properly stores all clean items.Operates dish machine or pot machine and is responsible to record proper temperatures and correct levels of chemical sanitizers according to regulations.
Loads and unloads dish machine.Disposes of food waste and trash both front of house and back of house as needed.
Sweeps and mops all floors and walk in refrigerators.
Separates recycling from trash.Assists in receiving, storing, transporting and stocking of food and nonfood items.Assists in transporting supplies from storage areas to work areas as required.
Fills juices, milk, and soda machines as needed.Assists on serving lines or back of the house prep work if needed.
Acts as a runner to replenish food supplies on service lines.
