WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital workplace solutions, IT project management, or a similar role within the Retail industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other collaboration tools. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities. Project Management: Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget. Asset Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing IT assets and understanding of asset lifecycle management. MDM Expertise: Experience with mobile device management solutions and best practices for secure and efficient mobile device use. Software Distribution Knowledge: Experience with software distribution tools and processes to ensure efficient and compliant software updates. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Lead the development and deployment of digital workplace tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, collaboration tools). Provide training sessions and support for employees to effectively use digital tools. Implement and promote tools and processes that facilitate effective collaboration across departments and teams. Monitor and analyze the performance and usage of digital tools. Ensure that all digital workplace solutions adhere to security policies and compliance regulations. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital workplace technologies and propose new solutions. Oversee the lifecycle management of digital assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning. Manage the inventory of devices used in stores and offices, such as POS systems, handheld scanners, tablets, desktop computers, and mobile devices. Implement and maintain processes for the entire lifecycle of digital assets, and proper disposal of obsolete equipment. Deploy and manage mobile device management solutions to ensure secure and efficient use of mobile devices across the organization. Manage the distribution of software updates and applications across all devices within the organization. WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
