**BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
The Digital Transformation Coordinator is responsible for:
- Putting in place a new and shared "Direct to Consumer" (DTC) roadmap;
- Collecting feedback from all the main Zegna stakeholders to ensure that both business and technological side (and so in a direct relationship with the IT function) will move ahead in a consistent way;
- Support the Digital Transformation evolution of Zegna
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collect and prioritize Business & DTC Digital Requirements across the business departments (HQ & Regions) to define the DTC Roadmap;
- Review (and support the other functions in doing that) the existing internal business processes and identify areas of Digital improvement;
- Keep monitored the Digital Transformation Budget (Actual vs. Forecast) and the execution of the DTC roadmap;
- Direct management of some Specific Projects (PMO) according to what will be defined in the IT Committee;
- Keep up-to-date with digital trends and best practices in order to be proactive in bringing innovation within the Company
BACKGROUND AND PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a digital environment
- Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing digital transformation projects
- Digital minded
- Ability to work in a structured and planned manner
- Experience using data analysis and metrics to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation of results to various stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate a drive for results within a pressurized environment to strict timelines
- Excellent decision making and prioritization capabilities
- Professional experience in a large international organization is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a digital environment
- University degree with specialization in digital
