Digital Training Facility Manager [DTFM] - Fort Hood, TX (CONUS)ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking a Digital Training Facility Manager (DTFM) to support requirements for DoD / Military Sector Clients.
This position involves managing the use of Digital Training Facilities (DTFs) and providing hands-on assistance to the Enterprise Management System (EMS) staff.
Responsibilities include: Scheduling the use of DTFs and assisting EMS staff.Performing hands-on equipment operations and on-site operations.Adhering to EMS direction for hardware and software operations in DTFs.Maintaining facility security and assisting students in using DTF assets.Coordinating training schedules with Soldiers and the Distributed Learning Point of Contact (DL POC).Reporting the operational status of DTFs to the DL POC.Interacting with EMS technicians.Coordinating facility maintenance and monitoring IT hardware inventory.Experience: 5 years of management experience in IT support and/or management is required.
Candidates should possess the ability to analyze and evaluate trainees, summarize and forecast requirements, and communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.
Further Competencies Required: U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
