Digital & Trade Marketing Specialist

Mangia's Resorts, a leader in the Italian hospitality industry, is looking for an experienced Digital & Trade Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing activities and develop strategies that enhance our brand visibility and customer loyalty.
If you have experience in B2B digital marketing and strong knowledge of marketing tools, you could be the perfect addition to our team!
Responsibilities: Develop digital marketing strategies: Implement marketing strategies through OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and other B2B channels to increase brand visibility.
Manage B2B projects: Coordinate and develop B2B projects, focusing on building relationships and loyalty programs for travel agents.
Optimize the CRM system: Improve the use of CRM to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
Market trend analysis: Conduct research to identify industry trends, consumer behavior, and market opportunities.
Campaign and KPI monitoring: Analyze digital campaign data, monitor KPIs, and provide detailed reports on performance and ROI.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Digital & Trade Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Familiarity with B2B digital platforms and OTAs.
Ability to analyze data and use CRM and marketing automation tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various teams.
