DescriptionAs part of European Regional Digital Team, you will adapt and support rolling out the Global Transformer Digital Strategy deployment and digital portfolio in the region.You will develop and implement regional Digital sales strategy aligned with the global strategy to increase customer penetration through engagement with Front End and Transformers Sales Teams, distribution channels, and promotion of service offerings.
Furthermore, you will support the Digital Technical Team in the problem-solving process for Digital projects.Your responsibilitiesAdapt and roll out the global sales strategy and business development plan to drive Digital project sales in EuropeIdentify with local factories and Front End early adopters for Digital Power Transformers and make a plan for pilots, generating business for Service as well as products (power, distribution, traction)Accountable to deliver Digital sales across the regionAccountable for the regional yearly Digital PlanEnsure all new power transformers are delivered digitally-enabled from European Transformer factoriesLeadership of the Digital Projects Sensor and Monitoring line-up along with Digital Power Transformers to drive sales growthEncourage innovation within sales teams to maximize service sales opportunities and share the value propositionUndertake regular follow-up and tracking of growth plan implementation, launching proactive steps to mitigate slippageEnsure all units have knowledgeable personnel on Digital business (Sales, Project Mgmt., Field Service Engineers) by implementing and leading a proper training program, and supervise relevant hiresYour backgroundA degree (Electrical Engineering) from an accredited university.
A Master's is a plus5+ years of experience in the transformer industry with expertise in electrical engineering, project management, or business development is a plusThe person in this role should have strong technical skills, in addition to marketing experience, to bridge the technical teams to the marketing teams in the companyExcellent networking skills matured in a highly international organization, "leading by influence"Professional experience in the areas of change management, project work, and process development is desirableIntercultural sensitiveness is required, with good communication skills in oral and written form, with colleagues from multiple countries for the assigned regionStrong command of English, including excellent writing and presentation skillsWillingness to travel 30% #J-18808-Ljbffr
