ABOUT THE JOB Summary: As the Digital Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Sales and Marketing departments, reporting directly to the CEO.
You will craft and execute strategic initiatives, emphasising sales development, marketing execution, product marketing strategy, and employee engagement.
You will be a key member of the leadership team, helping to cultivate and develop leaders within the organisation.

Between Cappuccinos and Spritz we'd like you to take care of: Leadership in Sales and Marketing: Oversee the entire sales process, including lead qualification, assessment, pitch, price negotiation, and contract management.
Drive key client assessments and pitches.
Lead and mentor the sales team, reassessing roles as necessary.
Sales Development: Implement and manage sales development strategies.
Collaborate with the CEO and team to drive sales initiatives.
Foster an agile and proactive sales environment.
Marketing Execution: Execute the Southern European marketing plan with the local team.
Develop and support the product marketing framework.
Coordinate with the central marketing team to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Employee Engagement: Engage and motivate the team, fostering a high-quality standard.
Support employee development and growth within the leadership team.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and other directors.

REQUIREMENTS We're looking for the best and brightest to join us (sometimes we look for unicorns too!).
We want motivated, hard-working, proactive individuals to boot to join us ASAP.
To land this gig, you need a few things: Proven experience in performance marketing and digital strategy.
Experience in established and/or fast-growing companies.
Sales acceleration with a sales accent is your mother tongue (and also you're fluent in sarcasm).
Your market strategy has a level of precision that is so military Napoleon looks like an amateur.
Project management skills are critical.
A pro-active, charismatic, and consultative approach is essential, together with a natural affinity for numbers.
An Italian speaker with no cats under the table.
Your colleagues speak English, the settings of the PlayStation in the gaming room will be in English... so you get the picture: damn you speak English fine!
