Spring Studios Milan is looking for a Digital Strategist with great experience in the luxury and lifestyle sectors.
This role will answer directly to the Chief Strategy & Insight Officer at Spring Milan and will work closely with all the internal departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES Analysis and understanding of the reference context through competitor research and monitoring digital and social communication trends. Development of strategies by creating storytelling that includes various touchpoints according to the objectives to be achieved. Identification of target audiences based on the client. Creation of presentations and decks illustrating the developed strategy. Development of an editorial plan aligned with the defined strategy. Analysis of digital and social metrics. Coordination with the ADV Specialist for the implementation and evaluation of content and results. Ideation of influencer marketing strategies with innovative activities and mechanics. Collaboration with the creative, production, and events teams to optimize strategies and activities. Client management: leading regular client updates, presenting reports, and participating in calls and meetings. Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to meet project milestones, internal team needs, and client expectations. Requirements: Fluent in English. Minimum 4 years of experience in the same role working in a creative agency. Ability to conduct in-depth research to understand market trends. Curiosity and constant updating on trends, technological innovations, and pop culture. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and proactively. Aptitude for copywriting in both Italian and English. Familiarity with major digital tools and platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc. Knowledge of the constantly updated policies of various social channels. Knowledge and use of analysis and monitoring tools. Ability to interpret the insights of various channels. Background in fashion, beauty, luxury, design, art, and lifestyle. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate well with colleagues from various departments and offices, freelancers, and clients.
