Purpose of Position: We are looking for a dynamic Digital Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating digital marketing content to enhance IRCA Group's online presence. This role involves managing social media channels, copywriting to create engaging content, and supporting the implementation of broader digital communication initiatives.
Description of main Activities / Responsibilities: Develop and implement creative digital content across various company channels. Coordinate with internal teams (graphic & video production and category managers). Manage and grow IRCA Group's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), including community management. Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Create and manage editorial calendars for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy. Coordinate and supervise digital editorial plans for other countries, liaising with local trade marketers. Create and update content for the company website. Manage website content to align with commercial objectives and strategic goals. Develop and distribute engaging internal and external newsletters. Collaborate with the Communication Manager to execute the digital strategy. Requisitions: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Professional skills: Project management, digital savviness, good data analysis skills. Language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (fluency in English is essential). IT Skills: Proficient in the use of MS Office and familiar with social media and online communication. Soft skills: Communicates effectively; able to work independently and as part of a team; develops strong working relationships with colleagues across departments; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to re-prioritize and multi-task as required to meet deadlines; hands-on attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment; attitude for continuous learning / curiosity. NICE TO HAVE: Proficiency in the use of CMS and web content management; experience with paid social media advertising; knowledge of Google Analytics; basic graphic knowledge (Canva or Photoshop); social media management tools.
