The Digital Services Business Partner is responsible for collecting and assessing business demands, being the main contact for all IT related topics bringing together central IT and Signalling business teams, supporting the execution of centrally and locally driven projects, and ensuring strong services in IT operations.
He acts as Alstom Italy Labs coordinator, collecting and assessing new demands related to the labs in all the Italian sites, maintaining the expected level of security.
Business Relationship Management: Collect and assess local demands, integrating them into the global roadmap, support the implementation of the global roadmap.
Service Management: Monitor overall satisfaction and develop improvement plans, support audit processes and manage user feedback, approving local demands.
Cost Tracking: Prepare and manage the IT budget at the product line level, supporting the site controller.
Control the budget and ensure proper allocation of costs to projects.
Change Management, Communication, Governance Management: Promote global services and maintain regular communication with site users, Implement appropriate governance for efficiency, obsolescence, and security.
Lab Management, Configuration Maintenance: Ensure availability of machines, manage incidents, and deliver environments on time.
Support the identification of new needs and promote the reuse of existing resources.
Define and maintain configurations in labs, ensuring authorized access.
Security Management: Deploy appropriate security patterns, respond promptly to security incidents, and maintain required security measures.
Requirements: Minimum: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: Business Administration or Computer Science/Engineering.
7-10 years in a similar role.
Desirable: Knowledge of ITIL and lab environment/management.
Broad knowledge of IT landscape and cybersecurity, Proficiency in English.
Ability to work in a matrix organization, Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, Good analytical abilities and priority management, Pragmatic mindset with a hands-on attitude.
