You will be primarily responsible for leading successful service implementation across our digital product portfolio, closely engaging with the Regional/Country Service teams and ensuring that the execution of service initiatives is in line with business priorities.What you'll be doingCoordinate Digital Service Strategy development and Service Plan release and maintenance for products supported.Ensures robust communication within/across Service for programs supported and cross-functional alignment.Drives prioritization/alignment between Service functions.
Ensure that the business prioritization is in place and the execution of PIs in the portfolio is in line with Service business priorities.Chair Digital Service Core Team.
Follow up escalations, communicate initiatives status, cascades action including prioritization.Leading and supporting multiple strategic initiatives across Baxter, both global and local in nature.
Assisting in defining appropriate project scope and objectives based on the size and complexity of the project.
Develops project plans, ensures follow through against commitments.
Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
Drive change by identifying barriers, making recommendations, and implementing solutions.Develops standard work and continuous improvement around processes for developing, commercializing, launching, and monitoring digital products within Service.What you'll bringDegree in Engineering (Information Technology, Software/Systems engineering) or other related technical fields.Previous experience in managing projects (preferred within digital products/services).
Experience of Agile project management is a plus.Knowledge of digital applications and network configuration/management.Ability to understand stakeholder needs and tailor communications appropriately for all levels of leadership.Program Management competencies: Effectively communicate project status, issues, risks, etc.
and overall impact to project business case.
PMP or equivalent project management related certification is a plus.Stakeholder Management skills: Able to effectively challenge and influence project team, leadership skills and demonstrated success in managing a cross-functional team.Strategic thinking skills to co-develop and execute to a comprehensive digital services release delivery roadmap and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Fluent knowledge of English.
