The principal responsibility of the Digital Sales Supervisor is to sell advertising for Disney+ and other media (such as YouTube) to media agencies and clients.
This person will be tasked with improving revenue for client/Agency assigned, whilst crafting excellent, long-term agency and client relationships, driving new revenue streams.
This is a sales position within the Italy Sales team, reporting to the Italy Ad Sales & Brand Partnership Sr Manager.
This person is encouraged to work closely with their line manager to develop and implement sales strategy for their client patch
**Areas of Responsibility**
- Reaching and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets as agreed with line manager
- Providing sales forecast on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Developing excellent agency relationships
- Proactive selling event packages and brief driven multi-platform content ideas
- Keeping updated all sales systems & tools forecasting with reports to line manager
- Always looking for new sales opportunities (e.g.
new clients / new agencies).
- Organisation of Event/Roadshows/hospitality for Media Agencies/clients; coordinating with the other Sales Managers and the Line Manager
- Working closely with the Client Services team to build, sell and implement media plans
- Working closely with the content promotions team to successfully integrate the Disney advertising proposition within wider partnership opportunities
- Understand key market trends and how these can influence our sales approach
**Experience and Professional Qualifications Required**
Experience in selling advertising across online and offline is critical
Experience in dealing with major advertising agencies
The ability to deliver cross-media Italy creative solutions to win advertising business in a highly competitive marketplace
Ability to sell media solutions (over and above advertising campaigns)
