Please visit: www.azzurro.itTHE POSITIONIn line with the Foundation mission, the resource will have to identify the main areas of digital development, defining the most appropriate strategies to achieve the objectives and managing the projects from the ideation phase to the final delivery.Tasks Responsibilities:Identify opportunities, creating and supervising the execution of a plan through specific initiatives to achieve its objectives.Identify potential sources of funding.Technical elaboration of the project and planning in collaboration with the Presidency and the administrative area.Budget supervision, constant monitoring of potential risks and cost implications, review of project resources and analysis to verify if they meet the project needs.Ongoing evaluation of work methods and processes and consequent formulation of recommendations for improvement.Identification and implementation of KPIs and project metrics.Establishing strong relationships with project stakeholders and developing appropriate communication channels.Evaluation of the results achieved and production of reports.REQUIREMENTSMaster's Degree (certified studies in Project Cycle Management are considered preferential qualifications).Proven experience in managing national and international projects in the digital area, preferably in non-profit structures, associations or foundations.Passion for IT and digital projects, with an in-depth knowledge of IT tools and web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.Ability to work with Agile Project Management methodologies.Ability to manage teamworking within articulated working groups.Strong communication and relationship skills with the different parties involved in the project.Strong organizational and problem solving skills.Result orientation and innovative and data-driven approach in project management.Ability to work under pressure, with very tight deadlines, to change direction when necessary and work on a series of projects simultaneously.Excellent knowledge of English (B2/C1).Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently nationally and internationally.Reliability, fairness, confidentiality and sharing Telefono Azzurro's mission.POSITION LOCATIONRoma/Milano (Italy).HOW TO APPLYYour application must contain:- A motivational letter written in English- An updated and detailed CV in English- Availability informationThe research is aimed at both sexes in compliance with current legislation.
