**JOB PURPOSE**
- As a Digital Product Designer, you will be part of our expanding Design Team within the Digital Team at Prada Group.-
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design seamless, intuitive and effective customer experiences for e-commerce platforms, internal corporate apps, and other digital products, contributing to end-to-end solutions and interfaces
- Translate complex concepts and challenges into well-articulated solutions, driving the product design process from discovery to implementation through research, synthesis, ideation, and high-fidelity prototyping
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize customer experience based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Manage the Design System for the brands
- Oversee the delivery and timelines of new product features
- Utilize human-centered design methodologies and practices to contribute to the digital product design culture at Prada Group
- Assist in elevating the brands as digital innovators
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design- Educational background: visual design, graphics design, digital design and UX UI design- Proficient in interaction and visual design using tools like Figma, Principle, Invision, and Adobe CS- Familiarity with Agile software development processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence- Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to successfully prioritize and execute projects with quality outcomes- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment- Creative and strategic thinker who can dissect business problems and use design methodologies to develop innovative outcomes that align with the product vision- Fluent in English for effective cooperation with local teams and external partners- Experience in e-commerce or fashion tech is a plus, though not mandatory
