Global Product Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will analyze, troubleshoot, and manage incidents, handle the day-to-day operations, escalate cases as needed, and deliver value to customers as quickly as possible.
You will also report issues and feedback to other Agile Teams to improve product quality and customer experience with ABB Digital Products, keeping customer satisfaction as a priority.
The work model for the role is hybrid/remote.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Managing urgencies coming from customers and ABB representativesAnalyzing, troubleshooting, and managing reported incidentsDelivering value to customers as quickly as possible, maintaining customer satisfaction as a priorityHandling day-to-day operations and escalating cases as neededReporting issues and feedback to other Agile Teams to improve product quality and customer experienceCreating and identifying Knowledge Base articles to improve product documentation Our team dynamics:

Qualifications for the role: You enjoy working in an Agile organizationProven experience in problem-solvingKnowledge of incident management toolsExperience in troubleshooting complex setups remotelyExperience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, but not limited to it)Basic knowledge of Linux-based IoT devices connected to cloud platforms hosted on Azure or AWSYou are a problem solver, creative, energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently through stressful situationsYou are comfortable communicating in English More about us:
