Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement multichannel strategies to meet diverse business and consumer needs.
Interpret consumer touchpoints and perspectives to create clear, actionable brand objectives.
Establish the most effective format and channel strategies for each campaign.
Provide comprehensive strategic guidance across divisions to ensure distinct brand approaches and identify synergies.
Collaboration & Integration: Act as a bridge between insights (data), creativity, and execution teams to ensure cohesive campaign planning.
Collaborate with account managers and promotion teams to align on brand priorities and campaign definitions.
Partner with other departments (Creativity, Data, Influencer Marketing) to create innovative proposals and elevate the strategic perspective for the Group.
Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data to inform campaign strategies, ensuring creativity and business decisions are rooted in insights.
Translate analytics into impactful strategies that achieve measurable results.

Languages: italian native, english full working proficiency (written & verbal) Experience: 6-7 overall years of experience Experience as a Digital Planner or in a similar role, preferably with experience managing high-profile accounts.
