**OFFICE**
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions.
Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
**THE ROLE**
NGGH++ is looking for a Planner Specialist, who will report into the Head of Merchandising, and will be responsible for all the demand planning activities associated to e-commerce.
The specialist will also be responsible for improving current processes and creating new planning flows and procedures for dedicated and exclusive e-commerce projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Responsible for creating and providing projections, analysis and direction of forecasts to maximise decision making ability
- Monitors, identifies and coordinates other internal and external inventory locations to improve supply efficiency and order fill rate
- Foster consensus and collaboration in the planning process through working with the Sales, Product, Marketing and Corporate Planning teams
- Monitor sales trends and evaluate forecasts through analysis of key performance indicators (KPI), preparing reports and sharing the results with the central planning and the e-comm corporate team.
- Partner in the development of inventory management metrics and supply chain initiatives that support overall company and brand objectives
- Transform data into actionable, easy-to-read output to drive business decisions, insights and outcomes.
WHO ARE YOU
- Previous Ecommerce planning experience preferred.
- Detail oriented, with excellent follow-through skills
- Outstanding analytical skills with demonstrated success organizing, analysing and accurately interpreting large amounts of data.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities via task planning to reach deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Business knowledge of retail and ecommerce concepts.
