This includes family favorites Disney, Pixar, Marvel, & Lucasfilm as well as general entertainment networks ABC, Star, & FX and our iconic factual brand, National Geographic.Designed to maximize revenue, drive operational efficiency, and provide top tier sales and partner support, the Client Services team plays a vital role in reaching our targets and maintaining high standards in relationships with advertisers and agencies.The successful candidate will work with a Digital Operations Client Service Supervisor to plan and execute the operational elements of the advertising campaigns we sell.
It begins with pre-sale guidance and media planning, and continues through campaign set up, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing, covering all forms of advertising activity across our digital properties.There will be a specific focus on video advertising within our flagship product, Disney+, as well as additional digital assets: websites, apps, and social platforms.The Digital Operations Coordinator supports and delivers successful campaigns, and helps our clients unlock the full potential of our brands and products.This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position and will be based 4 days a week in our Milan office, with one day working from home.Areas of Responsibility:Support for sales in the campaign planning phase and available inventory; based on the inventory,create media plans, enter orders, traffic campaigns, optimize campaign KPIs, develop reporting, and support the billing process.Creation, activation, analysis, and optimization of campaigns, providing adequate reporting for the team and clients.Serve as the point of contact for clients and the sales team for any requests related to campaigns.
Resolve issues related to the delivery of advertising, with particular attention to quality and technical problems, liaising with the EMEA/Global Disney advertising sales teams.Maintain relationships with third-party technology platforms, ensuring day-to-day collaboration with regional and local teams on all matters concerning legal/privacy/technology, especially in the context of programmatic campaigns.Experience and Professional Qualifications Required:Graduate level or equivalent experience.Plus proven experience in the advertising sector, either publisher/agency side or in ad tech.Demonstrated ability in activating campaigns, producing accurate and relevant insights, and optimizing performance.Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, technologies that power it, and key vendors in the space.Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.Excellent standard of written English and Italian for business proposals.Additional Information:Travel may be required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
