This position reports to Global Product Manager
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to run and support the Digital Solutions within the Electrification Service organization working in the Digital Operation Center EMEA. You will run and maintain our Cloud and IIoT services and infrastructure and design and implement our support processes for digital solutions between our country organization and the Digital Operations Center. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Run, operate and maintain our cloud services and IIoT solutions. Handle 2nd level support cases including escalation and resolution together with the R&D teams. Implement monitoring and alerting to Identify technical problems and analyze and resolve them proactively communicating with customers. Ensure service availability and service performance for cloud-based applications according to SLA. Contribute to define support levels, set directions in the areas of digital services introduction and end user support when needed. Collaborate, define, optimize, and review Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests, and all processes related to domain service delivery and operation. Has a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility and know how to communicate this to customers. Coach technical support engineers to spread Digital Solutions knowledge to make local organizations autonomous.
Qualifications for the role Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Computer Science field with knowledge of Cloud Infrastructures, Networking and Cybersecurity. At least 5 years of experience as a systems engineer, systems administrator or site reliability engineer. Experience in establishing and maintaining cloud operations & maintenance including continuous improvement. Knowledge and practical experience with tools like ServiceNow and Azure DevOps will be preferred. Fluent English. More about us We value people from different backgrounds.
