CEO Marco Credendino and Creative Director Ippolita Rostagno launched Artemest in 2015 with a shared vision to bring the work of Italian artisans to the world stage. Headquartered in Milan, Italy, with a physical gallery, Artemest Galleria, in West Chelsea, New York, Artemest continues to grow its community while preserving Italian craft traditions.
Position
To enhance its team, Artemest is looking for a clear-thinking, organized and enthusiastic self-starter to work in a dynamic environment. The person will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the online merchandising strategy in order to strengthen the global categories performance.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Support the Digital Merchandising strategy in managing the listing process across the entire digital catalogue, ensuring a well-curated product assortment aligned with Artemest aesthetics; Support the analysis of sales performance across various geographies to identify opportunities and provide insights on style trends and category performance; Implement changes in assortment according to qualitative market inputs and quantitative analysis on best-performing product categories; Support in coordinating product launches on the website and identify key items to push; Conduct competitive analysis to monitor pricing, price checks, and consequent impact on markup; Continuously monitor the digital catalogue to guarantee an optimal user experience, collaborating closely with Buying, Tech and Marketplace teams for categorization, sorting and bug reporting; Support the definition of seasonal trends based on traffic and product categories specifications. Requirements
What are we looking for?
Degree in Interior Design, Product Design, Marketing, Business Administration; Italian native and fluent in English; Knowledge and passion for the Interior Design industry; Good command of Microsoft Office; Strong analytical skills to analyze product and artisan performance effectively; Aesthetic sensibility and passion for e-commerce, luxury and design products; Ability to communicate to staff at all levels and to work in cross-functional teams; Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities; Creativity, flexibility and entrepreneurial attitude.
