*This role is based in our Milan office 4 day per week*Within the Disney+ Acquisition team, the Digital Media Analytics Supervisor provides support on Performance and Branding areas with ongoing monitoring of digital acquisition channels and in-house buying, optimisation and reporting of branding campaigns on social and video/display platforms, to appeal to the consumer base.Areas of ResponsibilitySupporting the ongoing analysis and weekly reporting on Disney+ Search, Social, programmatic Display, UAC, Affiliate marketing activities on related platforms/panelsSharing optimisation recommendations to the Disney Streaming global performance team, basing on reported results on audiences, creatives, placements and budget allocationAttendance of the 4 channel-specific alignment meetings (bi-weekly) with DSS specialists in order to discuss on possible optimizations and local priorities, leading communication with EMEA/US as IT first point of contact on each channelLead and run creative assets development and localisation via AirTable Tool in coordination with creative teams (Italian and EMEA), and creative agency, ensuring Regional guidelines are followedDefinition, sharing and presentation of campaign insights to senior executivesIn-house buying and setting of social media and video/display campaigns for Disney+ Branding (awareness prospecting) and Customer Management activities (subscribers only)Training of interns on digital media platforms and in-house buyingContact with publishers to agree on programmatic campaign planning for brand activities.Influence marketing: project management with different collaborators (Brand Team, PR, Global Influencers team and agency).Experience and Professional Qualifications RequiredExperience of three years or more in a similar role within similar business organisation or in web agenciesThe ability to build and deliver digital plans following needs and objectives expressed in briefing phasesAccountability to structure, optimise and lead all aspects of campaigns from start to finish, taking the right decisions and actions to increase resultsSoft analytical skills in understanding digital results and critical metrics for specific campaign objectivesExperience in elaborating docs and presentations to be exposed to different audiencesCompetencies Required"hands-on-keyboards" experience using key paid channels tools and platforms (Google Ads, BingAds, SA360, DV360, Facebook Business Manager etc.
)Developed knowledge of different attribution modelsFamiliarity with DMPs logics and segments implementations across different platformsExperience working with data analytics tools and dashboards (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Datorama, Power BI etc.
)Critical metric focused confident with data in self-serve environments!Proficient Italian and English speaker required!
