General Information Duration: 6 months Commitment: Full-time Location: Via Casilina 3T, Rome, Italy Mode: On-site with the option for partial remote work Description: We offer a traineeship position within our digital marketing team, focusing on customer acquisition for the Plantiverse platform.
This role suits individuals passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a startup project setting.
The successful candidate joins a collaborative team environment, contributing to developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at attracting institutions, universities, private customers for pre-sales, and partnerships for pilot development.
Candidates' Ideal Profile: Educational Background: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media management tools).
Understanding of customer acquisition strategies and practices.
Learning and Development: Interest in digital marketing methodologies and a strong desire to learn and apply new techniques.
Ability to grasp complex marketing systems and tackle challenging problems.
Collaboration and Communication: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating marketing concepts and collaborating across departments.
Daily Tasks: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at attracting institutions, universities, and private customers.
Create marketing content for various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and partners for pilot projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine customer acquisition strategies.
Engage in continuous learning activities to enhance knowledge in digital marketing and customer acquisition.
