**The Role**

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
Passionate, creative and a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies you will be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
As an engaging individual, you will be able to forge and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external colleagues, local agencies and stakeholders.
What you will be doing
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Support Business development through brainstorming and proposing new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to ensure delivery on agreed marketing activities, services and support within budget and on time.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Collaborate with the global and regional marketing teams in developing the Italian digital stratey and implementation plans
- Responsible for the local social media presence, efficacy and growth
- Support our partners/stakeholders by offering training and guidance aimed at developing their digital business
**About you**
We are looking for someone flexible, with a real "can-do" attitude who sees problems as challenges and challenges as goals and who is not afraid to go the extra mile to achieve their objectives.
Experience
Demonstrable experience in:
- Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Digital project management
- Previous experience in a multinational business environment is desirable
- Knowledge of the education sector is a plus
**Qualifications**:
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Language Skills
C1 in English (C1 Advanced desirable)
Native/C2 in Italian
