At Salesforce, our elite Digital Marketers build strategic projects to build an efficient digital marketing mix for maximal return and optimal level of continuous innovation across digital platforms. Testing is in the nature of our digital strategist, aiming to find models that can be scaled EMEA-wide and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement the local SEO strategy
- Work with campaign & product marketing teams as well as performing independent research on topics to close knowledge gaps, expand upon topics, build content authority and strengthen originality of content
- Support local teams to get most our of global website strategy
- Analyse & communicate digital performance across teams and visualise impact
- Advise local & global campaign teams on budget investment & local requirements
- Share knowledge & educate team on digital marketing best methodologies Lead projects by using powerful methodologies (e.g. SCRUM) and tooling (e.g. Asana)
**Required Skills**:
- 5+ years exceptional digital marketing experience with proven business impact, bonus if it is the the B2B software industry
- Fluency in English, Italian and/or Spanish
- You have a deep understanding in several paid and organic digital marketing channels and are a pro in creating and optimising content for each
- You are a project manager with a track record of project delivery, have high attention to detail to ensure flawless quality
- You love bringing new insights, testing these and measuring their success
- You are meticulous & passionate about high quality content and instruct agencies to work to your level of quality
- You follow the latest trend on Google Algorithm changes, social platforms and digital trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present sophisticated ideas to peers, partners, and leadership to gain buy-in and bring change, adoption, engagement
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a heavily matrixed environment Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities
Nice to have
- Experience working with tools such as Optimizely, Brightedge, Salesforce, SEMRush, Google Platforms
- You have scaled digital marketing initiatives to several regions
