The Digital Marketing Specialist is a professional who develops and implements online marketing strategies to promote the services of Ligabue Spa, the Giancarlo Ligabue Foundation and the Bactria brand.
Tasks and main activities Creation of digital marketing strategies: plan marketing campaigns using various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and PPC (Pay-Per-Click); Web page management: creation and editing of company web pages; Social media management: create and publish content on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin by analyzing the engagement and effectiveness of campaigns; Search engine optimization (SEO): improves the visibility of websites in search engines through the use of keywords, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance analysis; Online Advertising (PPC): manages paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media, monitoring costs and returns on investment; Data analytics: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to track web traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness; Email Marketing: creates and manages email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and analyzing open and conversion rates; Content Marketing: develop relevant and quality content to attract and engage audiences, including blogs, videos, infographics with the support of freelance professionals; On-line E-Commerce Maintenance: management of the direct e-commerce channel and all related activities (insertion of new products, optimization of pages, creation of new content, construction of a marketing and promotional plan of the channel) Requirements: Degree in Marketing/Communication/Economics with a specialization in digital marketing; Previous professional experience as a digital marketing specialist, at least three years, in modernly structured companies or communication agencies; Excellent knowledge of English (C1); Technical skills required: in-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, analysis tools (Google Analytics), use of CMS (WordPress and WooCommerce) for web content management; Experience in using social platforms for user promotion and engagement; Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or HubSpot; Ability to manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize return on investment (ROI); Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is preferred to create eye-catching images.
