Marketing Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and implement digital marketing activities for the assigned market segments in line with the agreed strategy. Each day, you will create, run, and monitor digital marketing and communication campaigns both for internal and external targets. You will work with marketing automation tools, internal and social media, and other tools for external campaigns (e.g. Google tools). The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role contributes to the Motion business area located in Sesto San Giovanni, and you will be mainly accountable for:
Driving and implementing digital marketing and communication activities for the Motion Business Area, aligned with the business strategy. Working closely with communication accounts to implement strategies both internally and externally. Collecting briefings for the campaigns and defining them. Preparing the digital strategy and creating campaigns with specific tools. Interacting with external agencies if needed. Monitoring the results.

Qualifications for the role: You enjoy working with a dynamic team in the industrial sector. You have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing. Possess enhanced knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and general marketing automation tools. Proven experience in digital marketing and communication.
