We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Apparound Marketing team.
This role will help drive planning and implementing digital marketing activities for the Italian market.Core ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to deliver engaging contents, including visually creative and copy leveraging Facebook, LinkedIn, blog and other digital tools.Monitor and optimize lead generation and contact acquisition programs across different channels (email, social media, online portals, display).Manage external providers and agencies to deliver the digital campaigns with a multichannel approach.Manage different stakeholders and internal clients to achieve the lead generation goals.Be the contact point for the international corporate project for the implementation of new tools and best practices.RequirementBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing.Proven experience 3+ years in Digital Marketing including social media, digital campaign creation and management, contact / lead management (segmentation and reporting).Knowledge of the key digital tools: Google suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console), social media, Hubspot.Experience in performance marketing channels (SEM, paid social, display/programmatic, e-mail).Fluent English.Experience in managing omnichannel digital marketing programs.Experience in international environment.The ability to work independently and autonomously.Previous experience with software vendors, resellers or system integrators would be a big plus.Previous experience in a B2B company is a nice plus.If you will become an Apparounder…you will be part of a highly innovative software company, the only Italian company included in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Configure, Price & Quote Application Suites.you will have the pleasure to work in a young and close-knit team, following the Scrum / Agile methodologies.you will have the opportunity to invest in your training and professional growth, comparing yourself with the most innovative technologies and interacting with international customers and suppliers.you will participate to our performance management plan and we will work together to achieve your professional growth goals.Please note This is not a 100% full remote working.
