Stai inviando la tua candidatura per DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST MVC Headquarter - Fonzaso (BL) Italy - Castelli POSITION SUMMARY As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of an exciting, transformative eCommerce team within Castelli's Global Marketing office.
Acting as a key link between the DTC and brand marketing teams, you'll collaborate with marketing experts, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners to deliver cutting-edge media strategies.
In this role, you'll help shape the future of our digital presence by partnering with performance marketing agencies to deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns.
THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Lead the management of brand digital calendar planning (including the DTC exclusive products) and insight.
Collaborates with the DTC performance marketing manager to ensure smooth communication and make sure the brand is well represented while driving sales performance.
Setup, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other major platforms.
Responsible for all the digital brand campaigns and coordinating with the other marketing team members the dates and content.
Support the dealers/distributors in all the digital-related activities.
Support the DTC team in all the online activities to achieve the e-commerce revenue goals.
Develop and ensure that marketing department projects are delivered promptly and consistently align with the business's DTC strategy, guidelines, quality standards, and objectives (videos, images, advertisements, and social media).

Develop a vision and future e-commerce performance marketing strategy to create new consumer experiences that are always up to the highest standards and market the latest consumer experiences.
Collaborates with CRM and UI/UX managers to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages based on real-time performance and ROI.
Responsible for content, look, feel, and usability of the site.
Drive analytics while conducting research and analyses to deliver reports to the senior management on the brand presence on all the digital channels.
Coordinate with UX manager for analysis, strategy, and tactics for SEO and SEM.
Work closely with our performance agency to build search plans for every day and seasonal digital campaigns.
Educate the agency on brand objectives and customer priorities to stay aligned with internal goals.
Develop SEO and SEM programs with our partner agency and DTC team.
Ensure alignment to strategic objectives and focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Support in defining the customer acquisition strategy.
Ensure successful campaigns by managing bids and budget allocation to meet the predefined KPIs.
Manage the Castelli eCommerce budget and annual planning in cooperation with members of the brand marketing and DTC teams.
Campaigns monitoring and analysis through detailed reporting activity.
Grow Castelli's audience, acquisition, retention, and affinity through seasonal product launches, eComm opportunities, and with Castelli's Retail channels.
SMUs coordinator - After defining the SMUs with the brand manager, the coordinator will be responsible for the entire process and final campaign launch (graphic development, production launch, periodic production status verification, campaign and stories content creation).
Develop a structured Castelli online community in collaboration with the marketing team and DTC BU, incorporating elements such as SMUs, local leaders, local rides and experiences, exclusive benefits and services, annual events, special invitations to Castelli events, a tech-nerd/FAQ forum, and more.
Keep the Brand marketing team aware of upcoming DTC exclusive campaign launches, ongoing performance, and performance results.
Assist the marketing department in implementing digital components in campaigns and marketing programs.
Assist with eCommerce Content management needs across platforms and Castelli online retailers.
Utilize content monitoring tools to perform content audits allowing for optimization requests and alignment to brand content strategy.
Be a key stakeholder in global digital projects in complex work streams (CRM, E-Commerce, Communications).
Partnership coordinator: develop and foster relationships with industry and other partners with the single goal of generating DTC revenue and brand awareness.
CRM planning and implementation: In collaboration with DTC team, create and implement data-driven CRM plans to maximize customer activation, repeat, engagement, and retention.
Manage DEM and email execution from planning, setup, and testing to deployment, analysis, and optimization.
Drive awareness for new DEM content, company announcements, upcoming product releases, and promotions.
