Since our company's demand for digital marketing expertise has increased, we are now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us.
You will closely collaborate with a cohesive multidisciplinary management team and with our digital communication specialist, and you will bring them your analytical approach and your attitude to build and establish relations.
You will be involved in some of our upcoming challenges such as: Expanding networking and event management activities; Redesign of our digital communication as much as evolving our dynamic storytelling; Planning and conducting growth hacking experiments or other digital promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement for our office in Switzerland; Planning and conducting trend analysis, growth hacking experiments of other digital promotions for our tech innovation business ideas (i.e.
AI), concepts and/or modules.
We are looking for someone with strong strategic thinking skills and excellent communication abilities in both Italian and English , to support our team with cross-language audiences.
These are some other things you may do: Conduct research, analysis, and organization of content, data and sources – i.e.
about technological innovation trends or gender culture; Manage relations with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives; Participate in and represent Nephila at tech community events or recruitment events; Support the team in organizing team-building events; Prepare and present profiles and presentations for promotional purposes to clients or partners; Support the team in recruitment communication – i.e.
managing contacts and channels, recruitment campaigns funnel.

You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing specifically within digital companies or startups, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
You are proficient (C1) in English and Italian .
You are a creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
You are proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms.
You have experience with SEO techniques and strategies.
You have a degree or a background of studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related fields.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to create engaging interactions both in Italian and English.
You are a team player , and know how to balance different demands within your group and towards other people.
You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
The Whole Package Location: Remote Our headquarters are in Firenze, Italy, but our flexible, distributed environment lets us work easily with remote people.
Languages: Italian, English While our technical team members are comfortable with English, some proficiency (C1) in Italian is a requirement, as it is the primary language used for communication within our workplace and with Italian clients and partners.

Our hiring process Our hiring process for this position includes several steps.
First, we review applications to create a shortlist of candidates.
Next, there is a preliminary interview in Italian.
After that, candidates take an assessment that includes an English language test (written and spoken) and, if successful, a technical assessment covering marketing, communication, and writing in both Italian and English.
Candidates then have a second interview to go over the technical assessment in more detail, in Italian.
Lastly, those who pass these stages will have a behavioural assessment for the final evaluation.
